How time flies, it seems like only a few days ago we put the SOLD sign on our house and here we are moving in less than two weeks.

Vivien and I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything you and your team did to market and sell our house. You really delivered on your slogan “Cindy Cares”. What a great concept the team approach is! We have moved house eleven times in the past and consider ourselves “educated” sellers and buyers. This is the first time that we have had a team of four professionals actively involved in the process and must say that it is the only way we would consider in the future.

We really appreciate the excellent communication throughout the process; it was timely, efficient and dispelled a great deal of the anxiety associated with selling a home. The feedback calls from you or Angela after every showing were very helpful and gave us a great sense of being involved in the process. We always felt that there was strong, behind the scenes, marketing activity taking place which for us was important because we needed to sell within defined time parameters.

The best way I can summarize our experience is to say, “You did what you said you would do and exceeded our expectations” unfortunately in todays market place that is the exception when it should be the norm. Please pass along our appreciation to Alison, Mary and Angela, they were all great and we will miss our association with them. Angela was especially fantastic as nothing was ever too much trouble for her; she’s a great support resource. I will also miss the Monday morning strategy sessions with you.
